On January 5, 2015, the Bosch Group completed its acquisition of Siemens’s 50 percent share in BSH Home Appliances Group, which will be run as a wholly owned Bosch subsidiary, and the Siemens brand remains an important asset of the Group’s successful multi-brand strategy.

2015年1月5日，随着博世集团收购了西门子股份公司在博西家用电器集团所持有的50%的股份，博西家用电器集团正式成为博世集团的全资子公司，同时博西家电获准继续长期使用西门子品牌生产和销售家用电器。

BSH Home Appliances Service Jiangsu Company Co., Ltd. was founded on December 31, 2008. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSH Home Appliances (China) Co., Ltd., the company provides customer services for all brands under the BSH Home Appliances Group in China.
